Can I cancel my subscription?
→ At Pure26 we strive to make sure that our customers are completely satisfied with our product. However, we know that things come up and we want you to know that you can rest easy by knowing you can cancel for any reason and at anytime. To cancel, simply log into your Pure26 Nutrition account and manage your subscription.
Where does Pure 26 Currently Deliver?
→ We currently ship anywhere within the United States.
Will my product stay fresh in Transit?
→ We prepare your Pure26 box in a way that ensures the contents remain frozen during transit. Pure 26 will always arrive fresh with our well insulated package.
When will my product ship?
→ Because quality assurance is our number one priority, we will only ship out once a week. Shipping will take place on Tuesday of each each week.
→ Pure 26 bottles are shipped and delivered to your door frozen. If you do not plan on drinking your product within 7 days, be sure to store the product in the freezer immediately once it arrives. Once product is thawed, it must be kept refrigerated.
→ Individual bottles must be consumed within 7 days after they have been thawed. Half gallon and gallon-sized product can be kept refrigerated for up to 20 days.
→ At Pure26 we strive to make sure that our customers are completely satisfied with our product. However, accidents DO happen. If for some reason you were sent the wrong product, or your product was damaged. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
